After many years of public service as an educator and manager, finally, a man who is a true icon of good governance in pubic service in the field of education, is writing the last chapter of his career.
But unlike others who left the public service, countless people are sad that this man is about to leave the education sector.
It is only during his time when people find the DepEd Office as the place like home. They consider him as a father who all the time is ready to listen to what they will say.
This man has given a lot of people the opportunity to serve in the government and let them prove that that they are worth to be given his trust. Relatives, friends and strangers are treated fairly, without his personal bias.
He will be remebered for so long...a man whose name is BANY D. SARABIA.
