Bany D. Sarabia, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent and Officer-In-Charge of the Division of DepEd, Cadiz City, attended the 1st NASSPHIL Congress held at the Tecahers' Camp in Baguio City last April 5-10, 2008.
The school heads in attendance included the APSSA President, Wilfredo Mijares, Virgilio Reboton, Dindo Ampalla, Arellano Adion, Jonathan Barbas, Marjun Vito, Jerry Azucena and Cicero Jolito.
